Early birds have already sold out!!!

The hype has well and truly started with Early Bird tickets selling out in record time. Zones are filling up fast so be sure to get in quick to your preferred campsite.

Why book now?

• Last year BW was almost booked out by September.
• Bookings at BW are on a first in first served basis
• By booking early you can choose which BW camp you stay in and where in the campground you want to be positioned i.e. close to the beach, bar, car park, toilets etc.....
• Booking prices are tiered, e.g. only a certain amount of spaces avail at each price level. Book early to get the better deal!

Read this stuff first!

We have 5 different camps at BW that cater for all styles, be it those that wanna chill or those that wanna throw down.

At BW there is no minimum stay. The camping fees are based on flat rates and are per person, not per site. The fee allows you to stay for the entire week starting 12pm the 28th December through to 10am 2nd January, and includes free access to all the entertainment & music events on offer @ BW. The prices are regardless of whether you stay 1 night or 5.

Wanna come a day early or stay longer? 

Come stay an extra night on the 27th. Enjoy another day/night of fun times in Gis and attend the Official Opening night for the week including The Black Seeds, The Potbelleez, Tommy Trash and more tbc. Check the music page for more deets!!!

Or if you wish to stay a tad longer in Gis and enjoy the area when the masses have gapped it, we will be keeping Churchill open for a couple of extra days. Churchill will remain open till the morning of the 4th Jan 09. You can either stay at Churchill the whole time or switch over to there on the 2nd when the other camps close. Make sure you register now though as space is limited at this park

Pricing

The pricing will work on the following four tier system. Please note that a $4 booking service fee applies per person, per transaction. Price for a BW ticket does not include your buss pass. All R&V tickets includes your bus pass this year.

BW Accounts

To book & purchase a camping ticket you will need to sign-up for a BW Account. Your account will allow you to add yourself and your friends as campers and then purchase the tickets. You can make any changes to your booking yourself and add new campers at any time. The BW Account gives you a lot more flexibility over making bookings.

Zones

This year the campgrounds are broken down into zones. As you can see on the zone maps. When booking you select which zone you want to be in. BW will do its best to insure you fit into your zone when you arrive but there are no guarantees. It pays to arrive early to insure you get the spot you want

Below is how the check in procedure will work:

• The check-in offices for each camp can be located on the camp maps (see maps)
• You pull up to the check-in office and give your booking reference number and photo ID to one of the lovely check-in staff.
• They will enter this into the computer and bring up your booking
• You will be marked as checked in, issued with a wristband and told where your zone is located
• You can either carry you gear to your site by yourself or track down one of the bike and trailers transferring people to their sites
• Proceed to set up your tent while checking out the hotties parked up next door
• Crack one open!! You've made it and its time to unwind

Please remember that there will be a lot of people checking in over a two-day period with most arriving between 1pm and 8pm daily. If you can get here earlier in the day, better for you. All this aside, with the new systems employed this year the wait at check in should be minimal.

Cancellations

25% cancellation fee up until the 30th November, no refunds after 30th November. (Cancellations only on your BW Camping ticket)

Name changes

A $25 fee applies to name changes. All name changes can be done online, through your BW account up until the 30th November.

Package tickets - R&V portion

If you have purchased a BW/R&V package the R&V portion of the package is subject to the R&V Terms and Conditions Your Link

Of the $265 package $170 is the R&V portion.

Of the $290 package $185 is the R&V portion.

Of the $325 package $200 is the R&V portion.

Of the $345 package $220 is the R&V portion.

Of the $360 package $220 is the R&V portion.

BW act only as agent for R&V selling tickets on behalf. Any disputes regarding R&V tickets should be taken up with R&V directly at info@rhythmandvines.co.nz
